We are looking for a customer-oriented telephone operator who will help us with covering the customer line. We expect you to be full of energy, willing to help and advise our customers. If you are an excellent communicator with empathy and can put yourself in the customer's shoes, you are the right one!
Your task will be:
▶ provide first-class customer support via phone or email,
▶ assistance to customers with registration and administrative processing of documents,
▶ solve customer questions, complaints and problems, always with a smile on your face.
We will provide you with all the tools and especially training from our trainer Zuzka, who will help you become the superhero of our customer line.

In addition to the agreed salary, we offer you:
➡ variable component on average €150 per month, but it can be more, it depends on your skills
➡ in the first months, we will support you with a starting bonus of up to €300
➡ we will provide you with an attendance bonus of up to €240 per year
➡ year-end bonus up to €180
➡ reward for a new colleague up to €300
